ACCESSING THE POOL
WWS employs a key fob to access the pool and clubhouse. This is both for safety reasons and to comply with Fulton County law. We implemented a new key fob system in 2019. If you need a new fob, please use the Key Fob Request Form below.
As stated in the Pool Facility Rules (Rule #6), homeowners that host pool events that
include ten (10) or more non-members at the pool, including swimmers and non-
swimmers, will require the hiring of additional lifeguards by the member host. All
expenses related to the hiring of additional lifeguards are the hosting member’s
responsibility. One lifeguard will be required for every 25 guests. Occupancy is limited to
fire code standards. Functions regarding the pool must be approved by the Pool
The hosting member must contact United Pools, at least two (2) weeks in advance, to
arrange for the additional lifeguard(s). Please use this link to fill out the lifeguard request
